Howdy Folks

On Wednesday, Brent had the day off so we took the kids to the State Fair. Brayden was so excited to see the "Big Cowboy" as he calls Big Tex and ride some rides! When we got there the first thing the kids saw were these little cars that kids could drive around a course that was set up so we of course had to do it. Peyton was too little to drive which turned out to be the theme of the day as she was only able to ride the carousel with us. She was not too happy sitting by watching Brayden ride several rides but they both got to play the duck game on the midway and won little stuffed animals. Peyton picked out a tiger and Brayden got a dog. We only tried one fried item and that was the fried S'mores! I loved it, yummy!! Brent and I are going to try to go back next Tuesday while the kids are at school so I hope to try some other yummy things. I wish that we had been able to take the kids to little hands on the farm but we ran out of time as the kids were getting sleepy since they woke up at 6:45 that morning excited to go to the fair. I think we were able to stay an hour longer this year than we did last year so next year we hope to have the kids see and do more. On the way home it took about 30 seconds for Peyton to crash and Brayden was out about 10 minutes later. The weather was wonderful and we had some good family fun!

Peyton waiting for bubba to drive.

Brayden making his first lap and checking out the kid who can't drive.

He was so intent on his driving.

Looking so sweet and innocent...

Now he has him game face on!

Lapping the same kid again! LOL!! Brayden was loving it!

Watching Brayden ride the airplane. Poor thing, she was not happy!

Captain Billingsly

Hard to see him but he's driving.

Yours truly had to ride the ladder!

Everyone got to ride the carousel.

Peyton "Daddy's Girl" did not want to ride on the horse.

Canoe ride.

Race car game that would whip him around the corners so he
was holding on to both sides trying to stay in the middle.

Going to see the Hyundai's and we love the new Genesis coupe!
