Fall Festival at FUMC

On Thursday, October 29th the kids had their school party and fall festival. I was so glad that I was able to come to the party after my class was over. The kids had fun playing the games and eating cupcakes, cookies, etc! The kids have gotten so much candy and they haven't even gone trick or treating yet :-) They are gonna need a visit to the dentist soon, LOL!

Cupcakes I made for the kids school!

Their favorite game, fishing!

Bean bag toss.

Hop scotch.

Mommy gave her a few pointers I learned in my bowling class, LOL!

I got them to sit for a few seconds to take this picture.

Fall Festival at Cowboy Church

On Saturday, October 24th, I took the kids to their school friends birthday party in the morning. They had so much fun hunting for bugs at Lainey and Miller's party! Later that afternoon I took the kids to the fall festival at the List's family's church. It was the coolest thing to get to go into an actual arena and walk around. Everyone there was so wonderful and the best part was that the games, food and drinks were all free! What's better than free entertainment? We had hot dogs, chips and a drink. The kids had a blast playing all of the games and jumping in the bounce house. Brayden and Logan's favorite game was by far the fishing game. They left with a ton of candy that day :-)

Brayden's beginning to get the hang of these horse rides!

He loved every minute of it.

Logan's turn.

Morgan loving the horse ride.

Note:Peyton did not want to go on this horse ride either.

This was her idea of fun!

Canton Pumpkin Patch

On Sunday, October 18th we went with our good friends, the List family to the Canton Pumpkin Patch. This was our first experience at this place and it was wonderful. Their were lots of rides and picture opportunities to be had! We had an awesome time except for a small meltdown from our princess Peyton towards the end of our trip.

Inflatable slide that the kids went on a million times!

That was one of his normal slides, the other times he would turn backwards
and slide down head first on his back.

7th Inning Stretch

We went with my sister Melissa, her husband Thomas and the girls Meghan & Morgan to see the Rangers play on a Friday night out at the Ballpark. The kids had a blast experiencing everything. We had to have a hot dog and popcorn which were actually not very good. Brayden was upset when his colored dot did not win the race but all was well when the kids got a cherry icee. We had a great time and watched a spectacular fireworks show when the game was over. The fireworks display was the best show I've seen since going to Kaboom town when I was a kid. Arlington definitely knows how to put on a show. I look forward to taking them to another game, preferably when the Braves come to town so I can see Chipper!

Brayden sad that his dot didn't win :-(

Peyton stealing some of the girl cotton candy and watching the game with Annie M.

Peyton's 3rd Birthday

Peyton's 3rd birthday fell on Labor Day this year which was kinda cool! Brent had to work that day but he went in late so we let Peyton open her last birthday presents from daddy, mommy and bubba. When Brent came home we sang happy birthday to Peyton and let her blow out candles again. The kids and I spent most of the day hanging out and playing games and both of the kids were having fun with the new toys! I can't believe our cupcake girl turned 3, how time flies :-)
